Service Description

Ensure optimal performance of your heat pump with our comprehensive heat pump servicing. Our expert will conduct a thorough inspection, maintenance, and necessary repairs for your air sourced heat pump, keeping it in top condition during all seasons. Annual Service: The service includes consultation with the client to assess how it the system is running, note any customer issues or concerns, and take an initial overview including noting the pressure levels etc. pre- service. On the unvented cylinder - Test of the pressure relief valves for correct operation, Clean and check the internal water filters, Remove the covers and check the electrical connections. On the outdoor unit – Clean up the coils, Check condensate water flows well from the unit, Removal of the covers, Check the operation of and clean the fan, Inspection of compressor & electrical connections through out the unit, Inspection of refrigeration circuit for any signs of leaks, Test glycol levels (if included in system), Full clean of the unit, and all pipework inspected. Annual Service sheet is completed and copy left for the customer, as evidence of service completion for manufacturer warranty.
